In April 2023, Bajaj Auto Ltd witnessed a growth of 7% in overall sales with a total of 3,31,278 units sold, as opposed to the corresponding month of the previous year.

According to a regulatory filing by Bajaj Auto, the total sales figure for April 2022 stood at 3,10,774 units, while in the same month of the current year, the company reported a higher total sales of 3,31,278 units.

Bajaj Auto reported a 2% increase in total two-wheeler sales for April 2023 with 2,87,985 units sold, as opposed to 2,81,711 units sold in the corresponding period last year.

Bajaj Auto witnessed a substantial growth of 95% in domestic two-wheeler sales, selling 1,81,828 units in April 2023, as compared to 93,233 units sold in the same month of the previous year.

Bajaj Auto reported a decline of 44% in the export of two-wheelers with a total of 1,06,157 units sold in April 2023, as compared to 1,88,478 units sold in the corresponding month of the previous year.

Bajaj Auto witnessed a substantial growth of 49% in commercial vehicle sales, selling 43,293 units in April 2023, as compared to 29,063 units sold in the same month of the previous year.

Bajaj Auto reported a significant increase in domestic commercial vehicle sales, which rose three-and-a-half times to 31,344 units in April 2023, as compared to 8,944 units sold in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Bajaj Auto witnessed a decline of 41% in the export of commercial vehicles, with a total of 11,949 units sold in April 2023, as compared to 20,119 units sold in the same month of the previous year.
